Easy, we donāt have the overhead of a fancy Fifth Avenue storefront. Out items are preloved, meaning they are gently used or second hand items. No velvet ropes, no gold-plated counters. Just you, us, and authentic luxury at prices that make sense.
What if I still donāt believe you?

On top of this we add a quality rating as to the condition of the item. Our scale is from (N) New to (B) Well Loved, with detailed explanation of each category. Here is a breakdown:Ā

How do you rate your products?
Each piece is graded honestly, from like new to well-loved vintage beauty. We want you to know exactly what youāre getting.
Do you have a guide I can follow?
Yes! We keep it simple and clear so youāre not left guessing what āexcellentā or āvery goodā means. See Product Condition Rating below.
Will you tell me if the product has flaws?
Absolutely. If thereās a scuff, scratch, or quirk, weāll tell you. Youāll see photos, detailed notes, and honest descriptions before you commit. Think of it as a vintage bagās ābeauty mark.ā
How do you get vintage looking this good?
TLC, sourcing skills, and an eye for gems. Vintage doesnāt mean ugly it means character.
Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
Yes. What you see is what you get. No catfishing here, just vintage bags being their fabulous, perfectly imperfect selves, waiting for the right person (you).
(N) NewĀ (with tags): ā Item has never been worn, or comes with its original tags and packaging. Item is as good as new because it is!
(S) Mint (without tags):Ā The item is in excellent condition. Mint condition means item may have been taken out of box for photos, used once or twice but no signs of wear at all, period. Like new, but at a better price!
(SA) Gently Used: The item is in very good condition! Item shows very light signs of wear. It looks like it has been worn a few times and may have minor corner rubbing, light leather tanning, some marks indicative of use. But no holes, rips or stains.
(A) Used: The item is in good condition! Item shows medium signs of wear. It may have very light staining or discolouration. Item may have rubbed corners, medium leather tanning, stain marks with some, but very few noticeable discoloration or snags. No rips or holes.
(AB) Well Used: It is clear that this piece is used, however it still looks great. The item is showing apparent signs of wear.Ā Item shows visible scratches, rubbed corners, leather tanning darkening, inside/outside stains, discoloration. It might have small holes, stains, or rips in less noticeable places. It might have some light pilling.Ā This might be a vintage piece that has been greatly used by its previous owner and it shows!Ā
(B) Well Loved: This item shows that it has been carried by the previous owner, almost on a daily basis. The item is well love and have been through it all! These are rare for us to carry but sometimes, we like a little bit of a back story.Ā

No, we do not accept returns.
Due to the nature of our pre-loved vintage items, ALL items are sold AS IS. Please make sure to review all of the product photos and information pertaining to the item before purchase.

What if the item comes damaged?

āHow fast can I get my bag?ā
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping with signature within mainland USA for items up to 5 lbs, unless otherwise specified or if you choose rush delivery.Ā
Surcharges applies to rush delivery and oversized items and will be calculated at checkout.
How long is the wait time?
Usually 10ā14 days. Why? Because every order is wrapped by hand, with love. Weāre not Amazon, weāre better.
Do you ship in mainland USA?
Of course. Coast to coast, weāve got you.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes, but with an additional courier fee (aloha isnāt free, sadly).
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, we currently do not ship internationally but stay tuned, weāve got our passports ready.

Processing: Orders takes between 1-2 days.
Tracking: You will be provided with a tracking number where you can track the status of your parcelĀ upon shipping.
Insurance: My True Luxe will insure your luxury purchases whilst in transit with our courier.
Delivery: Signature upon delivery. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes as all deliveries require signature.
Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping with signature within mainland USA for items up to 5 lbs, unless otherwise specified or if you choose rush delivery.
Rush Delivery: Surcharges applies to rush delivery and oversized items and will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: My True Luxe currently does not ship internationally but stay tuned for future updates!
