At My True Luxe, we believe luxury should arrive with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping your pre-loved treasures safely and securely.


 


Processing & Delivery Time



We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes between 7–10 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.


If there is any delay in processing or delivery, My True Luxe 💎 will notify you via email with an updated estimated delivery window. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your luxury goods arrive in beautiful condition.





Shipping Delays & Force Majeure



While we always strive to meet expected timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:


  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs or border inspection delays
  • Governmental restrictions, tariffs, or additional fees



My True Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by such unforeseen events, but we will always keep you informed and do our best to assist where possible.





Tracking Information



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery at every stage of its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update once shipped.





Shipping Insurance



All purchases made through My True Luxe are fully insured while in transit via our trusted courier partners. We understand the value of your luxury item, and we take every step to ensure it reaches you safely.





Delivery & Signature Confirmation



To protect your investment, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address where someone will be available to sign.





Shipping Rates




Standard Shipping (within mainland USA):



  • Free for orders up to 5 lbs
  • Includes signature confirmation and insurance
  • Heavier or oversized items may incur additional fees, which will be clearly stated at checkout




Rush Delivery:



  • Available at an additional charge
  • Surcharges are calculated at checkout based on the item’s size, weight, and delivery speed requested




Oversized Items:



  • Some larger items may carry additional shipping fees depending on weight and packaging requirements. These will be displayed before checkout.






International Shipping



We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we’re working on it — so stay tuned! We can’t wait to bring sustainable luxury to your doorstep, wherever you are in the world.
